Step	The Buyer
1	You select a lender and begin the mortgage preapproval
2	You select a Buyers Agent to help you find the home or real estate you want
3	Discuss with your Buyers Agent your financing and the type of home or real estate you seek
4	Your Buyers Agent finds homes or real estate for you to visit to see if they meet your needs
5	You have an offer written up and presented on the home or real estate you want to buy
6	A closing date is set if your offer is accepted by the seller
7	Either your Buyers Agent or you arrange to have the home inspected by a licensed home inspection company or inspector
8	Your attorney reviews all of the paper work related to the home or real estate you are buying
9	You, as the buyer, finalizes the mortgage and appraisal
10	You or your Buyers Agent orders a survey of the property
11	A Title/Escrow search follows to make sure the home or property you purchased is free and clear
12	Your Buyers Agent will arrange for a pre-closing walkthrough of the home you intend to buy
13	You close on the property
